Le musiche sono modellate sulle atmosfere cupe e spesso rarefatte (con qualche risvolto gustosamente trash) che caratterizzano questo particolare "documentario animato". Un estratto lo potete trovare (in quicktime) da qualche parte sul blog del sito dell'autore.

Aguana narra la storia di una ninfa lacustre delle Dolomiti, figlia di una ninfa e di un uomo, che, destinata ad una vita terrestre di donna, non può più vivere nella sua reggia subacquea. La nostalgia della sua origine acquatica la condurrà a una tragica fine. È un film d’animazione e di documentazione.

The legends of the Dolomites are as much a part of the culture of the Ladin valleys as the pale mountains themselves. At the same time however they are – like all myths – the expression of humanity’s deepest, existential feelings. A synthesis of happiness and sorrow, plagued by the primeval fear of losing the former and not being able to avoid the latter.
